Group Therapy Sessions
Group therapy sessions consist of engaging 60-minute gatherings that occur weekly over a span of 6 weeks. Each group comprises 7-8 members within the same age range, fostering a supportive and relatable environment. The sessions revolve around essential topics such as anger management, grief/loss, and self-esteem. To participate in group therapy alongside peers, clients are required to meet the criteria of having no behavioral disciplinary history, ensuring a conducive and harmonious group dynamic.
